Our Founder
Vision, Experience & Craft.
Alexandra Silansky is a Northern Virginia native who began her career in the DC Metro Region after graduating from Auburn University in 2009. Her experience spans commercial tenant interiors, private medical design, and food service architecture across Florida and the Mid-Atlantic.
After leading Florida operations for a healthcare design firm, Alexandra founded Equitecture in 2023 — bringing the quality and rigor of large-firm work to a boutique, client-first practice.
